Hola, mi nombre es Analee.  My yogini story began when I first attended a Bikram yoga class at the age of 14-years-old.  After class, I went to the yoga studio bathroom to wash my hands and I read a poem that described the meaning of “Namaste”.  In that moment, the course of my life was forever changed, for my soul awoke and spoke to me the words of my life’s purpose – to connect authentically to that essence of Namaste.  I have been a practicing yogini ever since.        

Prior to my yogini awakening, I have been an athlete and health fanatic for my entire life, leading me to pursue many sports, healthy foods, lifestyles, mindsets, and positive behaviors.  Part of my belief and practice is that each person contains infinite growth and healing potential within their bodies, and it is our birthright to access this.

Then, as I went through school and began to develop my own mind, I went face-first, head-over-heels into how our minds also carry this infinite growth and healing potential capacity, and that our minds and bodies are indeed intertwined profoundly.  And with my yogini soul-coding activated, I began processing wisdom, knowledge, and all life experience holistically through the shared relationships of each my mind, body, and spirit.  Naturally, I have found myself academically and professionally pursuing these mind, body, spirit relationships so that we may individually and collectively learn to harness our unconditional power towards the reality of our blissful self-actualization.
