Getting Ready for Summer
YogaWasi is, of course, a yoga studio, but sometimes we like to bring in variety whenever we can so that we have an opportunity to experience every type of healthy option.
Sometimes we have pilates, tai chi, meditation, barre method and all forms of yoga. But, now!!! We have Functional Fitness instructor Tatyana Kuchinskaya!
At the moment, you can find her in the evenings at 5:30-6:30 pm. Her classes are fun, energizing and strengthening! Come join after work in order to strengthen your body after a long day of sitting or to release any stress you may have accumulated throughout the day.
If you are a student with a limited class pass card but you would like to go to her classes after a morning yoga class then don't worry, you get a substantial discount. Instead of paying full price for the second class of the day, the classes are only 10 soles. This applies to all the classes by the way :)
