Esta semana, hemos añadido una clase de meditación el lunes después de la clase CandyLit Slow Flow Vinyasa de Danhel. Él es un maravilloso maestro de meditación, además de un gran merecedor de cualquier donación que se le quiera ofrecer por llevarnos a través de este hermoso viaje de meditación.

Esta es la última semana de nuestra maestra Catherine con nosotros en YogaWasi. Ella continuará con sus viajes, así que por favor vengan a verla una última vez antes de que se vaya. Ella está tomando una de mis (Ashley) clases nocturnas para poder decir hola y adiós a sus seguidores. Si aún no has tenido la oportunidad de tomar una clase amorosa y llena de corazón con Catherine, ahora es tu última oportunidad! La puedes encontrar en el estudio a las 9 am los lunes y viernes y a las 6 pm el jueves.

Todavía tenemos Yin Yoga, pero ahora sólo los jueves! Si sientes que necesitas un poco más de amor, afecto y descanso después de la clase de Vinyasa de Catherine el jueves, entonces siéntete libre de quedarte y experimentar la clase de Yin de Karen. Yin es increíble y te ayudará a sentirse tranquilo y relajado, justo a tiempo para ir a la cama.

This week, we have added a meditation class on Monday after Danhel's Candlelit Slow Flow Vinyasa class. He's a wonderful meditation teacher and well deserving of any donation you'd like to offer him for leading you through this beautiful meditative journey. 


This is our teacher Catherine's last week with us at YogaWasi. She is going to continue on in her travels, so please come by and see her one last time before she leaves. She is taking over one of my (Ashley) evening classes in order to be able to say hello and goodbye to her followers. If you haven't had a chance to take a heartfelt and loving class with Catherine, now is your last chance! She can be found at the studio at 9 am on Monday and Friday and at 6 pm on Thursday.

We still have Yin Yoga, but now only on Thursday's! If you feel like you need a little more love, affection and rest after Catherine's vinyasa class on Thursday, then please feel free to stay and experience Karen's Yin class. Yin is amazing and will help you feel calm and relaxed, just in time for bed.

Celebración de Un Mes de Aniversario!

​¡Gracias a todos los que llegaron a nuestra celebración del primer mes de aniversario! Tuvimos un tiempo maravilloso para conocernos, jugar a juegos de yoga y aprender sobre AcroYoga con Danhel e Iregy. Una vez más, gracias a todos por unirse a nuestra familia YogaWasi. Estoy muy agradecida con cada uno de ustedes. Nunca soñé que algún día viviría en Perú, y mucho menos abrir un estudio de yoga aquí. Ha sido un sueño hecho realidad, y espero que encuentren tanta felicidad y paz dentro del estudio YogaWasi como lo hago yo cuando ofrezco clases. Gracias y mucho amor a ustedes.

One Month Anniversary Celebration!

Thank you to everyone that made it to our first month anniversary celebration! We had such a wonderful time getting to know one another, playing yoga games and learning about AcroYoga with Danhel and Iregy. Once again, thank you all for joining our YogaWasi family. I am so grateful for each and every one of you. I never dreamed that I'd someday live in Peru, let alone have a yoga studio here. It has been a dream come true, and I hope that you find as much happiness and peace within the YogaWasi studio as I do when I offer classes to you.
